Volunteering by our Booster Parents is an integral part of the success of VANGUARD.  A multitude of opportunities exist within the VANGUARD community to take part in this wonderful program.  Whether you want a little involvement by assisting in fundraising or moving band equipment as part of the “pit crew” or you want a larger task such as being a Member of our Board or a Committee Chair, we need your help in whatever capacity you are able to offer. 

Once you decide that you want to volunteer please follow these simple steps:

1. Register as a VOLUNTEER with the School District.  This is a mandatory requirement pursuant to Florida State Law and School Board policy.  Simply go to the front office, indicate that you want to register as a VOLUNTEER and you will be directed to a school-designated computer where you can sign up.
2. Each time you volunteer, sign-in on that computer and when you are done sign-out and record your hours.
